PolyClean USA utilizes a state of the art optical separation system to remove visible contamination. Using highly sensitive line scan cameras, our system looks at each pellet and air ejects any pellet that is visibly defective. The PolyClean system can remove defects as small as 250 micron with and accuracy of 99%. Additionally, every pellet is scanned twice to ensure the best sort possible.

Each truck is completely self contained with its own energy source and vacuum convey system. We can pull product from any storage system you have for pellets including bulk trucks, boxes, rail cars, silos, bags, super sacks, etc. And we can repackage into just about anything to meet the needs of your customers.

With our mobile system placed at your location, you remain in complete control of your materials while completely eliminating the headaches and cost of moving the materials.
